What is included in a custom design appointment? (30 minutes- 1Hour)
A custom design appointment includes:
• One-on-one time with Shawnte, the designer
• Reviewing your photos or inspiration
• Sketching your design concept
• Fabric and trim recommendations
This appointment ensures your vision is fully developed before we begin production.
Is there a fee for a custom design appointment?
Yes. Some projects require an appointment fee, which goes toward your total project cost if you proceed.
If you decide not to move forward after the design consultation, the appointment fee is non-refundable as it covers the designer’s time and creative work.
