At Stylish LéNese Boutique, our customers are top priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase. As we are a small business with limited quantities we have a limited time we can except returns and exchanges, although if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- All returns must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date or date that we ship out your order.
- Returns will be refunded in payment type as paid.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted RED price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, including clearance.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn with all tags attached.
- To process a return, we must have proof of purchase (email, text, receipt, order number)
- All returns require name, address, email, and or phone number to process.
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or less value that meet all rules but once exchanged cannot be returned and become Final Sale.
- Retuned Defective, broken or damaged merchandise can be reviewed by owner to determine if can be fixed or repaired. Damaged items are not to be sold if wanted to buy they are FINAL SALE.
- Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our store.
Items bought online may be retuned or exchanged in store within 14 days of shipped that meet requirements as stated above.
